Our salary model
We deliberately avoid variable remuneration components in most of our areas, because we believe that the ability to reliably plan ahead is important for both sides and that remuneration-based targets are not beneficial.
Working from Home
This too is possible at Xpublisher, if agreed within the team first, of course. This makes it easier for you to plan your work in the peace and quiet of your home office or to balance commitments that may tie you to your home.
Company Pension Scheme

Flexible Working Hours
Fixed working hours or core hours? These don't suit us! You can arrange your work and schedule yourself to suit your personal rhythm, as long as you meet the agreed weekly working hours and take into account meetings with customers and colleagues.
Our X-Card is topped up with a tax-free credit of up to 44 Euro per month from your first day on. For a full-time employee, this means up to €528 a year in addition to the, all tax-free! This credit can then be used in over 250 shops!
